Help Needed Warriors 1/6 Wa 6005 Figure

Hi guys
can anyone out there help with the following figure ? Wa 6005 from warriors.
This a figure I have been after for years and I got one second hand.
With no photo of the figure I have an old catalog 2001 which show the figure from the front,
Has anyone out there got a photo of the back showing where the equipment goes ? Or built the figure .
Or do make it up as I go.
Any help would be great.
