I'm just about to start my very first ever military figure and the box is damaged so I know nothing about this 1/9 or 1/10 figure bust other than recognise the emblem on the stand which is a British Para ...

Other than that I'd take a stab in the dark and guess at Afghanistan modern era.

Any help on identity would be great. I need some reference material to get the colours correct.

Sigh, I forgot the images Nap; I don't get better with age.

And yes it would be the full sized Para that would be good. I'm not certain of era hence my need for input.

I painted one years ago Mozzy.
As did Grant.
You could use multi terrain pattern, or three colour desert.

Sculpted by Maurice Corry if I remember correctly, painted one myself as it's a nice bust, not sure who owns the master now, could be Gordon Mitchel MMM but not sure.
