Help with Identifying Figure - Japanese subject

Greeting Everyone,

I recently got into the figure/miniature painting hobby after alot of doom scrolling various media for the art. In the picture is a little gem that I would love to paint, but cant for the life of me find the artist/sculptor/producer of this piece.

Assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Obviously some sort of samurai , is it white metal ?

Certainly not released recently ...where did you see the picture or is that the actual piece ?
