Help with Pegaso Models mounted knight

Hello!
I have in my hands the following Pegaso Models mounted figure, Italian knight standard bearer, 1340-1348. I would like to know if I could paint it in Teutonic knigth colours or an english knight and maybe a Hospitaller knight? Any help is welcome!

You can paint it whatever you want really, heraldry was still in it's infancy at that stage and the individual armour styles of the later periods hadn't appeared so this figure could be any of those
