Help With Translation

Could someone help me with the translation from the Pedro Ramírez article on Lilliput? I tried Google translation but that really didn't make a lot of sense. Some things just don't tranlate well and I'm sure the English language is probably the biggest culprit here . Specifically I'm looking for which colors he used (or approx.) as the more I look at this figure's flesh tones, the more I like them. Also, is this a 54mm head? Thanks in advance for the help.

The base color for the flesh tone is Sand Brown with a little bit of Old Rose. Highlights with Sunny Skintone and shadows with Flat Earth, Cavalry Brown, Coffee Brown, Violet Brown and Black.

For the mid-tones, he mixes the base color with an intermediate highlight and Light flesh, depending the areas to blend.
