Can anybody tell me what colours I've to use to paint this uniform?

Jaime, for my German figures I use Andrea colour AC1 Field Grey as a base. It's quite dark so needs toning down a lot.

I also use KaisersBunker for reference. There is also good ref material on this site, regimentals click on the on-line shop and then select from the drop down menu for the WW1 department.

It's great for referencing uniform & equipment colours. One of those Picklehauben would look nice in the cabinet next to my German figures.
