Highlander figure identification

Hello,

I saw a figure at the North Surrey show that I really liked - I think the display is by John Stubbs? I didn't get a chance to ask the modeller at the show.. The figure is the highlander on the far right of the photo - this is the only photo I've found from the show! I was just wondering if any eagle-eyed PF member recognises if it's a commercial figure. The size is 90mm or 120mm..
