I made a purchase like many others at Historex Agents on 23 October, and today i´m still wating for the package. I sent 2 emails to sales of HA asking the tracking number and only in second I have response????!!!!
After trying to trace information in CTT, Portuguese mail, the msg i got was "object not found" tracking number provided by HA.
Informed Historex agents about this and the answer was, the order had been a delivery attempt on 30th of October which is false????
I ring to Portuguese mail trying to know what is going on but the answer was negative, the number provided by HA not appear in the records.
After a web research, I discovered that the Royal Mail works with GLS in Portugal, information which I hoped to receive from the seller.
I called the GLS and finaly heard what I´m looking for, the order is waiting to be delivery but the floor is wrong on the parcel (not very importante) HA not admit and says that the address was that I sent to them.
This is all my fault, next time I'll be more careful in choosing where I will spend my money.
