Absolutely stunning and a fair testimony to the fact that even by today's standards,if a modeler is willing to go the extra mile,Historex figures can produce outstanding results.Thank you Borin for these great images.Please post more if you have.

Lovely work, they look great! And takes me back - I built the Lauzun figure on foot back in the day (the 1970s!!!!! :eek:)

Hello, Stefano...

I have come back to look at these again.

I hope you do not mind me asking... I admire your painting style and the finish on these. Are these painted in acrylics, or did you use oils and then clear coat once cured? If the letter, what clear coat did you use?

They have a muted but still bright finish to them. Lovely. Would love to be able to pull off something similar with mine.

Fantastic, used to love the way experts put these together back in the days of the 'military modelling magazine' may have to take a punt at one, one day
