Me again...one more thing...I have rec'd many e-mails from those who did order this book with intention of using as Christmas gift. It is unlikely that I will receive on time for anyone to receive from me by Christmas day.
I did see the book posted as being available for shipping on the Squadron web site, and ordering from them might get the book to you on time. If anyone would prefer to go that route, no problem, I understand. I can refund the full amount. Just e-mail me and let me know you are cancelling your order. I already had one cancellation for this reason.
