Hospitallier Bust

[TERRYSOMME1916]

Started this in 2019 and it's the first thing I have completed since then, I forced this one over the line and although there are many things that I could tighten up on it started to drive me crazy so it will be put in the cabinet and I will move on to the rest of the shelf of shame.
Mostly painted in Oils with Acrylics for the mail and metals etc, it's a slight tweak on a standard YM bust.
Iphone pictures are a bit bright as the reds are duller in real life.

Nap the old blood question between to little or to much and deciding when to stop, I was tempted to plaster this guy in blood due the the use of an axe but at that point I turned off the light and left the room, however he still has not made it into the cabinet and I may touch up some areas:
Thanks Steve, yeah lesson learned that when you are trying to improve with each figure or bust and develop new techniques that to long a break away from the bench can really knock you back, thanks for looking.
