How do I post photos?

Even tho I didn't find it, I'm guessing there are instructions somewhere on the website detailing how to post photos.
I'm just getting back into painting after a 10 year sabbatical and it's been even longer than that since I posted anything here.
I'll be using my iPhone to take the pictures so any help will be greatly appreciated.
