How Do I Submit A Picture

I have finished a figure and want to submit it but i do not know how. I tried to submit a picture last night but it said the file was to large.

Please Help Me!!!!!

More than likely your image (photo) is too large. If you do not have a means of reducing it. email it to me, I will reduce its size and I will insert it into your post.
