I think alot depends on where you live as to what shows you attend. When I lived in Delaware I attended 6 different shows a year. 4 of them were about the same distance from home and gasoline was alot less. Living now in Oklahoma my main show of course is the Tulsa Show with all others being at least a 2 day drive from home.

Well I mainly visit of course our own show in Antwerp and I've visited last two years Euro with our club.
There 're a lot of other show nearby (lucky me) but if I would visit them all and paint on the other weekends, my girlfriend would be pissed of. so I visit a little less to paint more and still enjoy my relationship.

Chicago, Atlanta and Tulsa, are the ones I go to 'for sure', but also try to go to either MFCA or SCHAMMS.

I only go to Tulsa for sure at this point. I have had the absolute pleasure of attending Atlanta, and this coming weekend Chicago this year as well. Not a usual occurance considering my wife's in Pharmacy school right now!!!!! Course I'm just getting started, and if I had my druthers, I probably try to make 4 or so a year. I suspect as time goes by I'll fall into more of a routine and I hope to make at least 3 of the biggies each year.

Since I am fairly new at this... just hit my 2 year mark in Sept. Of course I am involved with my club show here in Atlanta. My other 2 shows I will try to make every year no matter where I am living is.. MFCA, which was my first time this year attending and then my first Chicago show this weekend. Next year I am going to try to make the Tulsa show. Would like to go to the SCHAMMS show one year since I was born and raised in So. California.

So for me... 3 shows for sure.

I visit and attend our show in Antwerp.
Then i visit Euromilitaire.
I attend one time Herzog von Bayern.
I think that i only attend our show in Antwerp. The others are to far. When i speak with distance that our legal in the USA, maybe i attend 4-6 shows. But with the prices off gasoline here in the Netherlands one is more then enough.

WonderFest in Louisville, KY. without fail.
Maybe an IPMS show, if it's close to home.

Tulsa, Chicago and Atlanta in that order. Ease and expense of travel is the governing factor. I was all set to whittle out travelling to Atlanta when my brother had the foresight to move to the area. Free board pares the price down quite a bit. So Atlanta stays on the slate for as long as I have a bed.

I go to the MFCA, New Jersey Show, Washington Show, and the Long Island Show. I wish I could go to more shows, just don't have the time.

I hope you all count your many blessings, which fall on you in the form of favourable Geography. In my part of the World there are NO figure shows...period.

So I am THRILLED to have been able to attend 2 SCAHMS shows in 2005 and 2006 (the closest show to my home in North Western Canada). This weekends MMSI in Chicago will be my third, and the WE Expo this summer will be 4. After that, who knows?

I go to SCAHMS, Tulsa, Atlanta and the LI Show and sometimes to Chicago (going this weekend) and MFCA. I went to the WE in Boston and plan on going to the one in Gerona. This year I went to Mastercon as it moved to Dallas but next year it is the same week as the WE in Gerona according to Chuck from Squadron.
