How to sort gallery pics?

Hi, all!

Sorry if this has been asked and answered elsewhere already in pF, but I've runs some searches (keywords "gallery sort") and browsed some likely threads, but didn't find it:

Can we sort the pictures that we upload to our galleries, and if so, how? I couldn't find anything in the gallery pages that looked like an option to sort them (eg, Photobucket has a utility accessed on the Album page, that allows rearranging the pics). I've noticed that the pics display in a reverse order, with the ones I've uploaded latest at the top of the page, and then in ascending age/date order, from left to right and from the top to the bottom.

I take it that it can't be done. At least, I haven't found an option in the gallery page that would allow me to do it.

Hi, Gordy, I don't think it is possible, with this page's software. I belong to other forums that use the same software to build their pages, for example, the Treefrog Toy Soldier forum, and the galleries look the same. They sort gallery pics as age descending, so, newest to oldest.

If there is a way to do it, that would be cool, but I won't be disappointed if there's not.
