Forum Members,
I am hoping you can help me with a situation that I have encountered. Upon the recent death of her husband, a very good friend has been left with a massive number of miniatures that he accumulated in the past 30 years. There are many Almond, Lassett, Ensign, Tradition, Barton, RealModel, Chota Sahib, Rose, Sovereign, Grieve, Hinchliffe..... well you get the idea. There are also many, many recently produced figures. Actually, you could stock a pretty good sized shop with the quantity that she has.(At least there are more than I have ever seen in any shop here in Phoenix.)

I am in the process of setting up a spread sheet for her that will include the prices of as many figures that I can find. Unfortunately, last year, I threw away all of my old price sheets and catalogs from the 1970's & 1980's. She would like to sell the figures as she needs the money and I am willing to help as much as I can. So here is my question: Do you know of a place where I can find old catalog sheets for some of the older make of figures so that I can find out how much they originally sold for? Also, some of the reasonable, "going" prices for some of the collectables?

After finishing up the spread sheet I will post the lists to the forum with the prices she would like to ask for the items. We are then considering e-bay auctions for the rest. (With at least 500 figures cataloged thus far, I am sure that there will be "leftovers".) Oh, and I have not mentioned the Ducal and Britain sets yet.

I would appreciate any help that you can give us.

Many thanks ahead of time

Sorry for the delay

Gentlemen,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you with "the list". Several things have entered the picture to cause the delay. Some extra work at school and then some "cardio problems" (Doctor's Appointments & tests) have kept me from keeping up with the "project". It might be two weeks before it is finished. Much depends on the results of my tests that are to be continued next week. We are still working on it, but at a little slower pace.

Fear not, I will get back to each of you that have PM'd me before anything is finalized.
