ID needed: 1/16 Vietnam War figure

Anyone recognise this one?

He's a U.S. MACV-SOG / LRRP type from the Vietnam War and the scale is given as 1/16.

Never seen it before. Stumbled across him on "a certain online auction site" but am seeking the original if I can find out who the producer is.

Oops!
I didn't read the reference that I posted properly, and noted only the well known name of MJ Miniatures.
The correct maker is Siam Craft Miniatures ( MJM did the casting).
The figure was introduced to PF in 2018:-
