Idea to a openhouse meeting

Good day everybody,
The Corona crisis has unfortunately led to a whole series of cancellation of exhibitions. It is currently questionable whether there will ever be an event again this year.
I therefore have the idea to inquire whether I am interested in an open house event in my shop.
I imagine that we would meet in a relaxed atmosphere to exchange information. A Saturday in September is planned. Most likely on September 19, 2020.
I would provide a table if you are interested in showing the models created during this time. However, there will be no competition.
In the foreground is a reunion and talking shop with the figure lovers.

Disinfection and mouth protection are provided. But I also think that we are all aware of our responsibility and will act accordingly.

I would be happy if there was a high level of participation on this topic.

Ah, so you mean a live, in-person event, rather than an online meeting. I don't know about you guys over there, but a lot of clubs here, and groups of modelers, have turned to digital meeting apps, eg, Zoom, to meet virtually, since we can't get together in person. When I first saw your post's title, I thought that's what you might have meant, an online Planet Figure meetup.
