Hola one and all!

It is my great pleasure to be able to post here again after a 3 month hiatus from the site. I got back to good ol Missouri this evening from 3 months down in south west Texas living life in 1867. It is a tad weird to look and type as this is first time I looked at a computer since the beginning of the project.

I have tons and tons of western/cowboy ideas that I will try to recreate in miniature, now that I got a real feel for the way life was lived back then I feel that I have to do the figures and the era of history justice.

Hopefully sometime this weekend or next week I will be able to sit down and start planning my next project and get started.

I have missed ya'll and missed sculpting and painting so hopefully these creative juices thats been held up will start flowing like never before!

Looking forward to get back into reading the forums like before!

Hey, welcome back to the real world buddy. So how long before we can see you chasing critters across the Texas range?

Glad to see you back, Anders! We missed you! (no more so than at the Expo).

get those creative juices flowing.......

Anders, nice to have you back. Man how time flies!

We're all eager to watch the show now, so I know you'll give us a heads-up.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys!

The time on the Texas plains really flew by, always knew it would. At times it was long and hard, but it is amazing how quickly one adjusts to different living conditions. I found it to be quite amazing to feel so couped up with no where to go, although we had about 50,000 acres to play with, and being so sheilded from the outside world that the whole world literally shrunk to the size of the ranch. It was an experience that few will probably have and I am very grateful that I had the chance.

The show will have tons of action and even more drama, I hate drama but not much you can do in such situations I guess. We rode about 600 miles or so during our time there, riding between 20-30 miles a day, something which was a whole lot of fun.

It really sucked to miss the expo but what can you do, hard to pick between two awesome things but honestly I feel I picked the right one. There will be more expos!!

As far as the show, Ive heard it will air either late April or May 2006, for our European comrades it will air a little later on BBC. There is supposed to be quite a big advertising campaign for the show so hopefully you will hear about it before it airs. Will let you know more as I know more about the schedule of release. Its going to be weird to see it though, you never know how they edit things and the way they tell the story may be a whole lot different from how you experienced the experience.

Gotta get going, heading to St. Louis and MasterCon in about 15 min. Thanks again guys, really appreciate it! Looking forward to get into the whole hobby again!

Welcome Back!

Cant wait to see what ideas you have for new sculpts. Maybe see you at next Tulsa show.
