Now avaiable from The Imperial Gallery, British Soldier Northern Ireland, 1990s. 120mm resin/white metal model kit, made by Rob H. and painted by Carl Barton, thank you for looking,
Rob, seeing this brings back memories of being kitted out against bullets & bombs but mainly the bloody awful weather. Nice paint job Carl mate.
Dennis
Even though he's obviously dressed for the cold and you could place him on an exercise on a forest track in
Germany, Brecon, otterburn, falkalnds or a patrol in Ireland,
Just paint that face veil as if it's a dark beard and a dz patch who knows,
Could look like a feller that wore it, but now does medieval and ancient special forces !

My son was quite shocked when I explained the diiference between his SA80 Bondook and
my L1A1 musket.
I explained I didn't need to be able to select a 3 round burst with enhanced optics.
I just fired one round at a time of high velocity 7.62mm and didn't miss up to 600m with iron sights!
I was also asked last year by an edinburgh based supplier (who 'pretends' he's small and friendly).
