Trying to post some kits for sale but it says I have insufficient privileges to do that. Having been a member for several years, I would think that I would be able to sell my old kits.
Thanks,
Phil K

Guess I will just put them on EBay. I assumed logging in everyday and having been in the hobby for 35+ years would be enough.

It's not about how long you've been a member. At one stage we had a spate of guys coming on and not participating - just using the forum as their own personal selling platform. That's why a minimum number of posts was introduced some time ago.

As Mick says I think it's 50 posts so you're only 3 off (just checked your post count). An arbitrary number of course, but the line had to be drawn somewhere and it got drawn at 50.

Hi Phil

What the guys say ref 50 posts is correct and for the reasons , Steve rightly says ...you have 47 .....so only 3 to go

Good luck in selling but do put here on PF as well

Thanks. I have at least a couple hundred kits. I was going to list them in batches, either by producer, scale or period. Any suggestions on what would be better. Lots of Pegaso, Soldiers, Metal Modeles, etc. I never painted modern figs so most are ancient, medieval and Napoleonic.

I'd be up for a few Soldiers ancients definitely :)

I found it easiest to take a photo of a group and then list the prices, condition and postage in the text. It's pretty easy to update as things are sold, so just grab a handful and put up a post to see how they go (y) (The BMSS show is this weekend and Euro is in a couple of weeks so don't worry if they don't get snapped up straight away; people could just be waiting to see what they can get hold of at the shows first.

Good luck
Paul

I am in the US. Will probably start with a group of Pegaso 54s. Need to get some photos first. Just unpacked the moving boxes the last couple of days.
Not sure what I have for busts. I did see the Pillipilli Great Indian busts and his Geisha bust yesterday. Give me a couple of days to get things sorted out and I will post them up.
