Hi!

very nice your vignette.
Work in the same figure right now, your is very well done.:)

I think it's very difficult to draw the Camo-pattern by this scale.
But I think you're successful in that.
A wonderful finish.
The ground work is also very wonderful.
I think an image in a ruin is reproduced well.
I congratulate completion.

the splinter pattern is very neat and is exact the right colour.THIS IS REALLY ARTISTIC DONE:RESPECT
from the red soutache on the sidecap in highred i think it artillery or an stug man
i would say its an STUG?
is the sidecap black or an dark grey
if its black then its not correct because only tankers wore black headgear in field and the soutache for this is pink.sturmgeschütz man had the caps in greens or greys and wore the soutache in red.but the soutache wasomitted from the beginn of 43.and even from this date one can find lots of different pieces.some made from an tailor in the field ect.interesting is that i never saw an camouflage sidecap not on pics nor in real.thi is strange because the fieldcap was issued in different camouflage patterns.
i want not spoil the high end painting only curiosity
maybe the colours of the cap are odd in the pic
but for me its looking black?
cheers

A big thanks to everyone for their nice comments!

can you tell me about the wall?

Thanks,

Joe

Joe, The wall is made from a material called Finnfoam, with only using a ruler and a hobby knife.

Finnfoam is a insulating material used in construction.

Here is a link for the techniques that I used: It has a lot more in depth and clearer explanation of the process.
