Thanks Cristian,much appreciated.And thank you for the info on the pen.I looked at a few pics on google to see what was correct,but couldn't discern it,beautiful work, very good painting. But: "The pen, symbol of Alpine, was of variable length between 18 and 20 cm, and until 1913 was tinged with gray. Subsequently retained its natural color. It had to come from the right wing of crows, peacocks and turkeys. For senior officers pen was white. On the left, in correspondence of the tassel, were sewn badges able to inverted V-shaped silver plated wire. During the First World War (1917) the silver wire was replaced by silk for reasons of mimicry".
