Hi guys,
just some progress pics of my latest Crimean piece, Junior Lieutenant, Chasseurs d'Afrique, Balaclava, 1854. Still detail work to do on the kepi, the peak is now much smaller, Victorian facial hair (!)and final tidying up - hope you like it , so far!

I had the pleasure of seeing this at Expo recently and I love it , the detailig you have done on the braiding looked great ...this is going to be real pleasure to paint up .
