Resin bust of a seaman retrieving the flag from the harbour, Painted in oils

Water on his hand is made from hot glue.
Water the flag sits in is from Green stuff world UV Clear resin, amazing stuff , when using the UV torch it settles in minutes !, waves are from Vallejo water effects

Base is by Petes Bases;

You should try this out;

With the UV pen sets in minutes and its not very runny, I just made a wall with Green Frog Tape
