Can someone please point me towards some colour reference's of the above.
I'm doing the Romeo Models 54mm kit.

On the Romeo list there's only a Sardinian oficer of an infantry regt in Kepi
.
Does your 'trooper', (which makes me think cavalryman), wear a brass crested helmet?
