A Fixture
Here's one for WWII guys, I recently picked up the above kit and was thinking of doing the officer figure during the latter stages of the war ('44-45) in an ad hoc kampf gruppe sort of situation. Would this be historically feasible? I know that the Kriegsmarine raised a number of Marine Infantrie units which served much like the Luftwaffe Field divisions. This isn't what I am looking for since they wore Wehrmacht uniforms. Since the figure is in a naval uniform, I'd like to keep it that way, otherwise I would be defeating my purpose. Barring this what kriegsmarine units does this kit depict?
