Hi gents,

these are the previews from Meridiana.

At this time I don't know if these items are in resin or white metal.

Ciao

Outstanding work on both figures! The French-and-Indian piece offers a range of painting options. The Confederate's pose is unique and refreshing - not easy to accomplish with so many other Southern Soldier figures in every conceivable size/scale.
While I'm not familiar with all of Mr. Zapatero's work, most of the figures I've seen are Napoleonic. Both of these are a departure from that subject, and are all the more impressive for it.
I have no doubt both of these will end up in my Grey Army!

I think both of these are really nicely sculpted from top to toe, but the great character in the faces takes them up an extra notch.

The Confederate does look a bit well fed compared to our mental image, but they couldn't all have been equally skinny. The one thing I would do if I get one is rework the trousers a bit near the hem to change the drape slightly but also to do my own take on the wear/tearing. No tweaking necessary on the French figure, I think it's perfect as-is.
