Lattore models 54mm

I have come across a Lattore models 54 mm figure of the Grenadier Guards from the Crimea in resin.
I thought they only produced them in Metal and has the figure been out of production for some time.

Sounds like a pirated copy to me. Red flags all over this one.

That's what I thought, sent him a question then it's on to the site to complain. NOT that I brought it but my suspicions were raised. I note that although he is a UK seller, his stuff comes from Hong Kong.

I know a french seller, specialisation model cars, who sell pin-ups ( to go with the cars ); he sell on ebay but he even have a shop
resin copies of Phoenix Follies, Mascott, El Viejo Dragon, I wrote him then I informed the actual copyright owners, 2 months laters :
advert before : Phoenix, standing lady ....
advert now : Standing lady NO Phoenix, NO Mascott

But still selling Phoenix copy and the name Phoenix is still in the title
I never bought and will never buy something from him
