Le Petit Soldat 2005

Hello everybody, I put a report about this year petit soldat.
Here it is : Etendard Occitan website, go to "les reportages" section. 93 pictures are online.
Again it was Huge with 1600 figurines in competition. The BOS went to Marjin van Gils for his now famous "hurried descend".
I had the oportunity to congratulate him, and he seems very gentle and suprised by his "success". All his display was great, original and perfectly made... Well deserved BOS !
We had also the chance to see Boston BOS and as you can see with the pictures I have taken, I did appreciate.
Many other great figurines were to be seen.....
My eyes are still crying !

Between two judgements, i take somes pictures ... Le Bivouac Site

This year, the competition was very high. The BOS was decerned without discussion to Van Gils. The best of painter was Pietro Balloni (Pegaso team). In "Les jamais vues" class, Cannone's brothers win a gold medal for an Zouave ....
