I went to see this film yesterday not knowing much about Lee Miller at all, so I wasn't sure what to expect or how accurate it is. But from the information supplied at the end of the film, it's I think its been made as accurate as possible.
The film itself is very well made, and the risk Lee and other war correspondents put themselves at, as well as the things they witnessed, was unbelievable.

Unlike Ridley Scott's Napoleon, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
Talking of Ridley Scott, I watched his film The Last Duel on TV, set in the late 17th century in France.
It's based on true events, but how accurately it was, I've no idea.
Visually it was ok.

Not long for Gladiator 2.. looking forward to seeing that regardless of accuracies.

Hi Malc

I like Kate Winslet as a actress anyway so will give this a look , like you I know nothing about the character

Looks like it is a great tribute to often unsung heroes recording history in the making

Gladiator #2....seen a few clips ...quite bloody ...like #1 ...will watch it

Thanks for the heads up

Happy viewing
