I’ve been running this alongside the Jean Bart build. It’s another one from Model Cellar, sculpted by Carl Reid and depicts a Lewis Gunner at the time of the Somme offensive in 1916. A cracking sculpt from Carl, it’s almost done save for some touching up in places and the pistol lanyard to colour. I’ve tried to give him a dirtied up look as if he’s having a cigarette break after just coming out of the line. Again, painted in oils over enamels/acrylics and I’ve used some MIG weathering powder.

Nice job, ...
The Lewis looks well business like.
Thanks Malc. I used a Humbrol metalcote on the barrel, gave it a light buff and washes of black oil paint then tried something new, AK True Metal wax/paste in steel for the high effects.
