This is the figure that I am preparing a lieutenant of Panzer of the division Hermann Göring of the Lutfwaffe, the figure it is of takahashi modelling and their scale 1/35.

what kind of figure is it ? A pilot ? I can't see clearly/understand the drawing on the hat, under the eagle.

The figure is of the units panzer, the uniform was the same one for panzer, stug or artillery changing the color of the uniform.

Whoa !!! .... what primer did you use? And how much did you use? The reason I ask is that the detail on the field cap looks so obscure that it may be because too much primer has been sprayed onto the figure. Another tell-tale sign of this is the fact that the picture shows way too many blobs of paint accumulated on too many sides of the figure. By the way, look at the left arm - there is a mold-line there. Get rid of it

That looks like the grain in the casting, not thick primer, it looks fine to me, but those mould lines are still visible on the legs too.

Grain like that on the casting would mean that some extremely poor casting job was done. Blobs like those appearing on the surface are more endemic to pigment buildup from too much primer on the surface.
