... Anyone knows of a very decent figure of a Highlander at Tel-el-Kebir (Egypt) 1882 ?

It's not from Tel-el-Kebir per se, but it is from the battle of Majuba from 1881, the year before, so it should be close.

Johan, there were six battalions of Scots there, Kilted regiments being the Seaforths, Camerons, Gordons and the Black Watch. Scots Guards in trousers and the HLI wearing their trews.
