looking for civilian figure

Hi all. Thinking of building something related to the locality, a bullock cart sprang to mind. They were used here (in Malaysia) until the 50's/60's for goods transport, mainly firewood, but even my wife remembers taking a ride on them when she was a child, though that was just on or around a playground.

I would try to craft the cart itself and there are some fantastic looking bulls available from mininature on Shapeways in many sizes, so I'm quite free about the scale. The only thing needed is a driver. I really like the pose the driver strikes in the attached picture. 'Malays are agile' as my wife puts it.

I thought there might be something from mini art that I could convert but I didn't have any luck, so on the off chance that anyone has a better idea than 'just sculpt it yourself' I throw it out here. Thanks for looking and thanks in advance for any helpful suggestions.

update: I've bought the bulls, so scale is now fixed at 1:32. I'll keep the paracel kit in mind as a back-up but will try to sculpt the exact pose I'm after first. Thanks for reading and suggesting.
