Hi Costas

I&E Miniatures went out of business a long time ago, all i can say is try Redlancers in the states or Bonapartes in the UK. Failing that, E-bay, I know its not the best choice, but you have to give it a go.

Is there a particular figure you are after...?

It took me 3 years to find the I&E French Revolutionary Officer, sculpted by Alan Ball, and that was at a model show, in a cheap section under a table. So I dont envy you trying mate, just be prepared to wait a little while before you find the one you want...

Thanks a million Dave. I am looking for the Albanian Chiftain . But ineed topay withPay Pal. Can you tell me few things on the general impresion of these 75mm . Casting quality ? i have never layed hands on them .

Hi Costas

Yeh, they are not the best quality on the casting side, a bit if filling and clean up, but once the hard work has been done, they are good figures, made from resin.

incidently I picked up mine for £4 about 6 euros, so you might be better off getting it at a show if you cant find it at the dealers I gave you...

Best of luck

Dave

As a side note if anyone knows the "criminal" that ran I&E I sure would still like to get the property of mine (a 54mm master) he never paid for or returned. ;) ~Gary

Costas, Thanks. I & E is the main reason I've stayed away from doing work for ANY company outside of the US, regardless of reputation. It may not sound fair to the other companies, but if someone outside of the US rips me off I'm in a tough position to get my work returned to me. Sure I coould get the word out as to their business practices, but this does not mean I'd get my stuff back.~Gary

Ripping off an artist is a shame definately . Many hours of hard work go for free. I dont blame you for retreating , with companies away from you . Your work is striking and there is no way to risk about it .

Keep Safe

Gary,
I know the feeling. I got ripped of by Gordon, owner of Cromwell Models (Scotland) pretty bad. The guy's a real crook.
I also got ripped off by 2 Russian companies.
Conversely, every other manufacturer I have dealt with over the last 7 years I've been in business have been quite reputable. They have all been honorable and have lived up to all of their promises.
Regards
