Looking to hire a sculptor

Hello, I am looking to hire a sculptor to sculpt a 1/16th scale figure of my departed father sitting in his crane. I will be scratch building the parts of the crane that are in this photo. See photo below. I have lots of other photos of him for more in-depth detail. This will be molded and cast for my use only.

If it's a one off, why does it need to be moulded and cast..?

So I can practice painting on castings instead of the master. Would it really matter either way to a sculptor?

No, absolutely not - I was just wondering why you would go to the trouble and cost of moulding and casting, that's all
