I present my version of Young Miniatures 1/10 US Navy Seal - Afghanistan 2005.
I wanted to represent Lt Mike Murphy who lost his life during Operation Red Wings. For his sacrifice he was awarded a posthumous Medal of Honor.
I had to do some conversion such as sculpting the beard, scratch building the rifle sling and repositioning his comms gear.
Painted in acrylics.

The figure and painting is superb! And it is a very nice tribute to a hero who gave his life.

We should never forget that our soldiers sign a blank cheque to their countries, and the payment can include their lives. Honour and Glory to our fallen soldiers.
