It's been a long time that i wanted to do a vignet of the Malvinas, or Falklands, war. I was a kid wen the war happened, and i remember al the apprehension in the people, as i live in a state bordering Argentina, the war had never come so close
I remember the images on TV, which remain very fresh in my memory.
I wanted to build a vignet with argentines soldiers, and i had one made by a friend, Jorge, who had a model store, Commando5, that unfortunatly closed the doors a few years ago. This figure was soo diferent, an argentine soldiers taking a mate
. The other is from Blackdog.
The painting is been done only with acrilics.
All The advices and critics will be very welcomed
