The task has begun ,here is the list off difficulties :)

Strip walls
Repair damaged skirting's
Replace window
Reavamp computer area
Remove old carpet and replace with wood flooring
Paint ceiling and all woodwork
Paper the walls and paint
Get rid of the Bureau and metal filing cabinets
refit with new working area IE bench,storage and working lights .

This could take some time :unsure:

I've just had a week and a half, doing my bathroom, landing, stairs, living room, kitchen and front porch and all this on top of a weeks hard graft at work:sour::wtf::grumpy: - the only brush I'm picking up next is series 7 Winsor & Newton.

Good luck Ron I don't envy your task.

You do know that when you finish the room she is going to use the skill she has learned from you, and your bricks, and brick you into your ManCave!

Looks like a big job Ron,i'm certain youll deal with it mate,i've seen pictures of some of the landscape gardens youv'e done,this should be a walk in the park compared to them (y)
 
I feel your pain Ron... I'm redoing the kitchen, cleaning the basement, sold my Grandmothers house, so that needs to be emptied and cleaned out (an hour drive from my house) and in 3 weeks, every window and door in my house is being replaced.
I did manage to scoop the dining room set from Gran's ;) with a beautiful glass front cabinet... guess what goes in there?

I gotta get something outta the work I'm doing over the next few weeks.
