Many announcements of the same release.

First of all, this is not directed do any specific posting, person or company. Is just a trend I think have developed here.

Is it just me but it looks like there are reruns in the new releases announcements?

Some release being rerun, in addition the same release is posted in Sculpting- and/or Painting-forums. And then a revies shows up.

I certainly dont mind the reviews. They are almost every time made of Guy with good pictures on the parts and what more that could be of interest. Even if Guy usually recomends the piece one can always judge for himself due to the pictures.

The postings in Paintings- and Sculpting-forums are sometimes inspiring and educational SBS. And these I do not mind at all. Sometimes however they are nothing more than disgused ads, bringing nothing new. And even some other times the poster doesnt even bother to take part in the following discussion or questions coming up.

I dont know how other Figureteers are affected by this. But for me it has almost the opposite reaction.

I acknowledge the phenomena and yes there are at times, duplicates, however the staff and I have spend time moving threads posted that are inadvertently mis-categorized.

I remind myself daily that there are folks that are not as accustomed to working the message board software as some of us as well translation issues.
