Nice job on a very under represented subject. I suppose that one could convert him into quite a few different Pacific Islander types as well. The bigger, thicker build of this ethnic group is appropriately depicted here too.

Just think of the many tribal tattoo patterns one would get to paint on this beauty.
 
Although there is no veiw of the back of his head the possible long hair would be tied in a bun with three or four bird feathers(Black feathers meaning a warring tribe or black feathers with a white tip denoting peaceful intentions.)these would be placed in the tied hair along with a comb made of whale bone.Thes feathers could be added to the kit if desired.

Hi Andy,

Very interesting point on the feathers - didn't know that about the colours - but didn't sculpt them as to me they always look too thick and hadn't managed to find a solution to this apart from tiny real ones like I used for my painted version. These came from some long feather thing used by florists and window dresser types.

Keep up the good work.
