What a fantastic piece and a shame that the UK importers don't seem to be able to get this range anymore..?

This is the best Roman subject in any scale that I have seen for ages.

Great to see a release from MFM

Really strong subject matter as well , full of details so plenty to paint

Perhaps you might update us on where your products can be obtained as well or are IL the only one at present

Thanks for sharing

Thanks for the update on 'IL Mins' Richard. If I have calculated their shipping quotes correctly on their site, it would cost (well charge to the customer) EURO 18.60 (!!) to post this single resin figure to the UK on top of the base price of EURO 47 which includes the 20% VAT = Total EURO 65.60

By my reckoning that's about £55.00 for a 75mm resin foot figure at today's exchange rate...!

Post / shipping charges are killing so many deals absent an importer.

All orders to UK are calculated without VAT. So €47 would only be €39.49
Shipping costs are given to me by DHL. I can't deliver for free because my prices are already low.
I could raise the prices for the figures and make shipping cheaper. But I think that's unfair.
You could make bulk orders, then the shipping costs per figure are not so high.

The EURO 47 included VAT for EU customers (20%?) which is exactly the same rate for UK and so, the 47 EURO (with UK VAT) is the starting point for purchase once you then apply 20% UK VAT as well either at source or when it comes into the UK - not 39.49

I appreciate you have limited control over shipping, but I posted a 54mm metal figure this week to Italy (it weighed more than a 75mm resin figure) and I was charged £5.25 (Euro 6.22) by Royal Mail and that's without me having the benefit of a commercial rate discount for business; so I have no idea why DHL are charging you as a business user such a high and subjectively extortionate rate.

As you say, you charge what you think is fair for post and that is your prerogative but conversely, the customer also has the right to decide whether the post/shipping you charge makes the purchase economically viable or not.

Private shipments have different requirements. Since the UK is now outside the EU, this is an "export delivery to a third country". That means I can't just send it like that. I have to go to customs with every shipment. And DHL price is also higher than within EU.
And I only charge DHL price. My working hours, packaging material, shipment insurance and all other things that are required in Germany are at my own expense.
I understand that ordering direct from England would be cheaper.
I completely understand your arguments.
Unfortunately, the current situation is such that it is not possible otherwise.

ABOVE is very interesting. GPO to Greece under 2kg is very effective. But local customers charged on the invoiced cost incliding post and shipping NOT the value of the item. 20% on the lot. Ergo do NOT include the cost of shipping in the declared value of the contents. GPO over 2kg is a different procedure. 3 WORKING DAYS transit? Avoid Easter as different ruled apply in some countries .. ergo Greece. As I found out! Always compare carriers. Customer pays in the end!

Second hand figures maybe cheaper!?
