This looks just wonderfull. It´s made by Petra and Konrad Schulte of Fredericus-Rex and is made from Balsawood, Paper and Resin, using lasercutting .
It is listed as a Bockwindmuhle, in English a Post mill, which were first invented in the 11-12th centuries, an inovation which enabled "house" to be turned in order to point the sails into the wind.

It is impressive and so´s the price :)
I´ve met Konrad and he told me he paints them with oils to get the worn weathered wood effect.
The houses etc, can be (or are, I´m not 100% sure) made so that the storeys can be taken off and each individual floor can be built out as living areas , workshops etc. The flooring and furniture will come soon.
