Hi!
After Nap was able to fix my problem with my other thread (Norman Schwarzkopf), I'm now uploading a few pics of another Verlinden 120mm figure I did many moons ago.
It's a USAF crewman from the Memphis Belle, figure # 583.
This one is probably my favorite one, as it has a lot of details, had to scratch-build some smal parts, and it has quite a few different colors on it.
One thing I never finished is the letters on his Mae West (no Internet in those days so I had no idea what should be written in there!) nor on the bag he carries on his left hand.
Now my eyes wouldn't allow me to fix that, so I guess it will remain this way.
I like it a lot anyway.
Believe it was the 1st time I used some oil paints (mainly Burnt Sienna and Raw Umber) on his helmet, jacket, pants and boots.
