Nice painting aside, I find the knight a bit ho-hum and not up to MM's usual stellar standards.

The Norseman looks great - apart from the completely naff helmet wings that make him look like something straight out of a romanticised Victorian painting of a Viking. Simple enough to just leave those off though, and I suspect there might be an intentional blend of both history and fantasy in this figure, so a thumbs-up from me.

Yes, perhaps the option in an open helmet would be more interesting.
