I like it, there is some really nice detail work on the figure. Perhaps a bit more blending on the highlights and the skin tone looks a bit yellow but this could be the flash on the photo. I look foreard to seeing more of your work. (y) (y)

I agree with John's comments. Anyway it's a good start. It can only get better with time and practice.

Very nice first figure (y) Is that a commercial figure or a scratch-built ? Good attention to detail.Cheers.

Hi everybody!

Thanks for your comments and advises. Yes, I also think I must be much more subtle with transistions in highlights and shadows. By now it's difficult to me to achive the right viscosity in the acrilic layers applications (I think that's one of my problems. The flesh of the native isn't really that yelowish "in live", I didn't take the picture with flash so I suppose the lamp lights enhaced a little bit the yellow tone. Anyway I'lm triying to achive a more light purple sort of look in the figure's flesh I'm doing now (obviously it isn't a native american indian).

Once again thank you for your help. I'm also going to start a post of doubts and ?s for novice painters in acrilics in the painting forum. See you there and wait anxiously for your teachings.

Hasta luego.
