Beautiful sculpt. What bothers me is the czapska looks a bit too small. It looks as though even walking would dislodge it off his head.

I think the czapska is perfect. They were generally quite small and always seem to be perched on the head rather precariously in photos.

More importantly, the facial characteristics of this sculpture capture the great pride, confidence and -- dare I say, arrogance -- that was typical of members of Guard units.

I think it's a great piece of work.
