Gordy, thanks. The blue was painted with Andrea acrylic. Prussian Blue onto a black underoat, Prussian Blue, with Navy Blue and Black added for shaded area's. Highlighting was done by adding Basic Blue followed by Medium Grey. I used very thin washes of Prussian Blue to blend and smooth it all together.
