I'd maybe want to see it in the round to be sure but something looks a little off about the anatomy of the upper body and that left arm looks dodgy. Helmet shape is off too - I think the back of the skull should always be vertical.

Something distinctly awkward about the pose of this figure as well as the helmet.Shame though because the sculpting otherwise looks to be excellent.

Personally I dont think the anatomy is wrong, in a such pose the shoulder will look as is, try it by yourself. I like it, the torsion of the whole body is very well achieved. I think the main issue is it's a Superhero pose which may sound inusual for an historical subject.

Don't know about you but no pose will make my left hand hang down near to my knee when standing upright :D

Looks like he is leaning slightly to the left and twisting his body round that is why his hand is near the back of the knee, its hard to tell from the photo, would be a real shame if it is slightly wrong as the quality of the sculpting looks great from the box art photos. Would be nice to see more photos but there are none on their web site yet.

Your right but his hand does not reach the knee and he is not standing straig upright, note how curved and twisted is his back (from the foots up to the neck). When standing upright your hand will reach the half thigh approx. but curving your back will put your hand at almost the same height of the knee. The twisting is also well reflected from the slight different angle of each knee.

I think its slightly exaggerated but basically it seems he is ready to throw and taking that last moment as he is picking his target. I liked it right off although it is unusual.

imho and I ain't no sculptor
